Free play and Plus
The daily puzzle and three practice puzzles are free. Plus is an optional digital membership for country practice, cloud saves and access to published archive editions. It does not improve your daily score, add hints or increase attempts. The archive currently has no published editions.
Monthly billing
Plus costs USD 5 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes and the total charge are shown in Creem’s hosted checkout. Test-mode purchases do not collect real money. Live billing remains unavailable until merchant configuration is complete.
Cancellation and access
Use Manage billing in your account or the link in your Creem receipt to cancel renewal. A scheduled cancellation retains access through the paid period; access ends at expiry. Payment failure, refund or dispute may suspend paid access. Free play remains available. Your account and its recovery code are required to access your membership.
Refunds and help
For a billing problem or refund request, use the contact below or your Creem receipt. Applicable consumer rights continue to apply. Cancellation stops future renewal and is separate from a refund request. Final merchant refund terms must be published before live checkout is enabled.
Your progress
Signed-in Plus members can save puzzle attempts across devices. Local saves remain on the device; clearing site data removes them. Country practice does not affect daily statistics. Clues are for entertainment and may require corrections. Daily publication depends on reviewed content.
